Joey Behrstock

Joey M. Behrstock specializes in life insurance and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. Additionally, he offers personal lines of insurance in health, property and casualty, employee benefits, investment and risk management through the Parq Advisors parent company, HUB International.

In addition to Joey’s 15+ years in life insurance and estate planning, he has served as Vice President- Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors and has managed a $3 billion credit facility for Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc. Also a CPA, Joey began his career specializing in tax planning and compliance for ultra-affluent individuals; he prepared corporate, partnership, foundation, trust, gift and individual tax returns.

An active member of the community, Joey serves on the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Board of Governors and on the Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters Los Angeles/ Camp Bob Waldorf on the Camp Max Straus Campus Board of Directors. Joey is a Jewish Big Brother himself, and in 2009 he was named Big Brother of the Year. He works with the programs of the Southern California Golf Association Junior Foundation to engage under-served youth in golfing activities. Joey is a member of the Rotary Club of Beverly Hills and Hillcrest Country Club. He actively supports the Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging.

Joey married his high school sweetheart, Amy Levy Behrstock, and they reside in Beverly Hills with their two children. An avid sports fan, Joey spends his free time with his family, at community events, coaching youth baseball and on the golf course. Joey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Accounting, and Sports Management from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he was a member of the golf team.
